By accessing and using the S-DCM website, AI Agent, widget, checkout, or SaaS dashboard, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use the site or associated services.

All content on this site — including texts, images, videos, designs, logos, source code and structure — is the property of Santiago De Castro (S-DCM) or used with authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any content without express written authorization is prohibited.

You may use this site to:

• •Contact S-DCM for commercial inquiries
• •Register, manage your subscription, and configure your AI Agent from the dashboard
• •Install the authorized widget on your domains and connect your own integrations such as Google Sheets or Gemini
• •Browse and share links to the site

The following is not allowed:

• •Using the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• •Attempting to access restricted server areas
• •Distributing malware or attacking the site
• •Extracting content for commercial use without authorization
• •Using the dashboard, widget, or AI Agent to collect data without a lawful basis, send spam, impersonate others, or violate third-party rights
• •Sharing credentials, API keys, or dashboard access with unauthorized people

When creating an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed from your dashboard. S-DCM may restrict or suspend access if it detects abusive use, breach of these terms, fraud, unpaid balances, or security risks.

Subscriptions, renewals, recurring charges, and payment statuses are processed through the enabled payment providers. Agent activation may depend on payment approval, infrastructure availability, integration configuration, and the client's correct provision of data.

The dashboard allows configuration of brand, domain, 3D avatar, colors, images, agent personality, niche templates, custom columns, Google Sheets CRM, Gemini API key, AI model, PDF knowledge base, voice, and widget embed script.

The client represents that they are authorized to connect Google accounts, spreadsheets, documents, domains, images, brands, prompts, PDF files, API keys, and any other materials uploaded to the dashboard.

Google connection: The client connects their Google account through a secure, Google-approved OAuth app. The client can revoke access at any time from their Google account permissions or via "Disconnect Sheets" in the dashboard.

AI Agent responses depend on the client's configuration, uploaded content, selected model, third-party services, and technical availability. The client must verify that the agent communicates accurate information before using it in critical processes.

The client is responsible for the personal data their own agent collects from their end users (name, phone, email): they represent having a lawful basis to process it (including Habeas Data Law 1581 in Colombia), publishing their own privacy policy on their site, and handling their users' claims. S-DCM acts as data processor on the client's behalf.

The service may integrate with providers such as Google, Google AI Studio/Gemini, Google Sheets, n8n, payment gateways, hosting, email, and other technical services. Use of those providers may be subject to their own terms, policies, and limits.

S-DCM does not control third-party changes, outages, costs, quotas, blocks, or decisions that may temporarily or permanently affect an integration.

S-DCM is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.

The information presented is for informational purposes only and does not constitute binding professional advice. The AI Agent may generate inaccurate or incomplete responses; its use does not replace human review for legal, medical, financial, contractual, or sensitive decisions.

This site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, video platforms, etc.). S-DCM is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.

S-DCM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site.

These terms are governed by current legislation. Any dispute will be resolved in the corresponding competent courts.
